In 2002, the NCVT within BCCI won four projects under the PHARE Vocational Training programme in the regions of Vidin, Vretsa, Stara Zagora and Haskovo.
The projects consist in training of a total of 800 participants in textile, tourism, wood processing and construction. Their execution started in 2003.
